Digital content supplied immediately

At checkout, customers are asked to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. We will not rely on that acknowledgement where the legal requirements were not met.

Faulty or misdescribed content

Your statutory rights remain. If purchased content is faulty, unavailable or materially different from its description, email princessaria10@icloud.com with the order reference and details. We may repair access, replace the item, reduce the price or refund as the law requires.

Change-of-mind requests

Where immediate supply started after valid express consent and acknowledgement, a change-of-mind cancellation right may no longer apply. If access has not begun, or the required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, we will assess the request under applicable UK law.

Refunds, voids and chargebacks

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible. Access connected with a refund, void or chargeback is revoked. A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for contacting us where the issue can reasonably be resolved, but this does not restrict payment-provider or legal rights.

Where a refund is due, we will arrange it without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of agreeing the refund. Your bank or processor may take additional time to display the credit. No refund-handling fee will be charged by us.
